Case Brief
There is Hemavathi river near Nidigere village of Sakaleshpura taluk, Hasan district here some of the illegal sand lifting is going on in lorry’s and tractors by the OBC Kurubagowda Community people. On this illegal lifting the same village Schedule caste Ajay satpal second son of Govindaraju and Vijayalakshmi had complained to the police on them. Befor the court order on this sand lifting not to lift sand Ajay satpal also have lifting the sand and he was sailing it after order of court not to lift he had been stopped lifting lifting the sand. Once police comes for rounds to the village and they see sand gathered near the road and questions Ajay sappal and they say again you are doing the same sand selling, and nearly two three times they have been asking him. So Ajay satpal last two months back on 11-07-2016 two times he had been informed police on illegal sand lifting and the case had been filed on allegers at Yasalur police station and crime number 99/2016 and 106/2016 and the accused were belongs to OBC Kuruba community. So these OBC belong illegal sand lifters were angry on Ajay. so they planned well nearly 11guy of this OBC belongs Kuruba community and 3of Vokkaliga community on 18-07-2016 waited around 8:30pm with Knife, Sticks and sickle near road and have beaten and murdered him there itself. On this matter on 18-07-2016 the case was filed at yasalur police station the crime number is 128/2016, IPC 186, V/S 114, 143, 147, 148, 341, 427, 324,302, 149 and SC/ST (POA) Act 3(1)(X) and these numbers have been mentioned in the FIR.
