Dakshina Kannada District Putturu Taluk, Madnur Village, Saspet House, There living schedule caste Mogera community belongs Kesava 50 years and his wife Kamala 45 years and this couple has 4 children two male two female the son Chandrappa 21years secondLeelavathi married third daughter Manjula 16 years studing in 10 standurd at Papemajalu village Govarnment high school and the last son Thusar 12 years he is also studying. there is 10 KM distance from to school and to fetch the bus they had to come all the way from home to bus stand 1.5 KM by walk.as usual Manjula was going to bus stand to catchthe bus to go to school on 05-07-2019 around 9.30 AM while on the same village OBC Bhanta community belongs Ajith 28 years son of sanjeeva Poojari Had stopped her and says lie to her that your mother is not well and she had fallen down near Palaneer doll and he takes her to that place and he holds her chest and he insets the cloth to her mouth and he beats her by the beat of him she was unconscious on that time this Ajith rapes her and escapes from there. when she was waken she sees her uniform was torn and it was openedand she was much tiered someshow she reaches to home. since she was tired she slept seeing this her parent\'s takes her to Puttur Government Hospital there it comes to know that she has been raped.

this incident case has been filed at Puttur taluk Sampya police station on 05-07-2019 and the FIR has been filed and the crime No; 83/2019, IPC 1860 u/s 376(2)(1) and SC/St (poa) amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(w)(1)(11) with protection of children from sexual Offences act -2012 u/s 5, 4, has been added in the FIR.
