Case brief
Case summary
Deceased SaurabhDanane belonging to SC community had some love afair with one girl Saloni Mulani belonging to Muslim Community. She got maried in the year 2020 and went to stay with her husband. On 25th February 2021 the said married gild Saloni came to the house of Deceased Saurabh at his home at Kurbavi village and insisted to stay with him. Next day on 26th February 2021 morning the accused Sikandar Papa Mulani came to house and thretened the girl and boy and his family. But the girl denied to go back with Sikandar Mulani. Same day afternoon Siikandar Mulani came back with Vahid Mulani and others and assaulted all family members along with deceased Saurabh and threatened to kill entire family and forcefully taken the girl. The boy taking tension of the said incident took poision and committed sucide and he died on dated 28th February 2021 in Sasoon Hospital at Pune.
