Case summary
victim Mukesh kumar s/o Ishwar singh caste Chamar r/o village Dodpur Tehsil Samalkha District Panipat. he have three children and doing labour. On dated 11.9.20 at approx. 7pm he went at near canal, where accused Gullu s/o Brampal, Sushil s/o Roshan, Mohra s/o Paleram caste Gujjar met him. All accused caste abused him like “Chamar- Gindle” and attacked on him along with Gandassi and iron rods. Due to serious injury he was unconscious, later his brother Mhender and others admitted him in civil hospital Samalkha. All accused also beaten his brother Mhender also in which he was also injured. When villagers were gathered all accused threaten to kill them and run away.
