Case summary
At approx. 4.45pm Dheeraram went at his home and told the entire incident to his family members. At approx. 5pm victim sitting in his house yet Accused Anmol , Pawan, Rahul s/o Dharampal caste bishnoi, Rakesh & Sunder s/o jaina caste nai, Vishnu s/o omparkash, Vajir s/o balwant, Sonu,Pawan, Surender@kalu s/o bajrang caste bishnoi r/o village Ashranwa entered in victims house along with dangerous weapons like sticks, iron rods, accused caste abused and through out to victims on the road. All accused brutally attacked on victims in which victim Mamta w/o Dheeraram, Rani w/o suresh, Dheeraram, suresh & phiroji were seriously injured. Yet another family members of victims pardeep s/o mahipal, kuldeep s/o mahipal also reached the incident place, therefore all accused run away from there.
Pardeep admitted to injured victims in MAMC Agroha hospital in a pick-up jeep, where Phiroji was died due to serious injury.
