Case summary
Due to previous jealousy on dated 14.1.2020 at approx. 6pm deceased Sunil kumar going to take Choumin at nearest his street, where he eaten choumin accused Nadim s/o Rahisudin caste Muslim started fight with him with a planning but his son Shorabh reached their and send his father at his home. When deceased Sunil went at incident place to take his Son back to home where accused both son of Isham singh, brother of Isham singh Satish (all belongd to caste lohar) and others 20-25 accused attacked on Sunil with the dangerous weapons like Rods,Sticks and local pistol. When Shorabh and his mother Vijay Lakshmi and Monu caste jogi trying to escape deceased Sunil, accused also attacked on them. In this dangerous attack Sunil got unconscious, when victims and his relative Pawan trying to take hospital to Sunil, accused again attacked on Pawan and unconscious Sunil kumar body and threaten to victims” Kisi Chude Main Dum h to “ ISKO’’ hospital le ja kar Dikhaye”. when victims went in hospital, where doctors declared dead to victim.
