Case summary
Manju D/o Mohan Singh from Government Nehru High Secondary School, Kumher, Bharatpur, was beaten up by the dominant caste teacher brutally that she lost her left eye. Manju went to the teacher Shobha Gupta to make a complaint against some students who were making nuisance. That time, the teacher was sleeping in the staff room. When Manju woke her up, she slapped her. She hurt in her left eye. From that day only she lost sight in left eye. She is from a poor Dalit family. The case has been registered against the teacher.
