zvijayapura District, Sindagi Talluk, Devarahipparagi Hobli, Halagundakanala Village there lived schedule Caste Holeya comminuty belongs Mariyappa Channabasappa Harijana 55 years and his wife Laksmibai 48 years. this couple had 5 male children Mahadevappa 35 years, Ambaresh 33 years, Santhosh 30 years Ningappa 21 years and Ramesh 18 years and they have 2 actors of land and they do agriculture and other days they work as colly labours.

Ningappa 21 years son of this couple had been missing on 03-06-2017 and on the same day Muslim community belongs Masabi 19 years D/o Mehabubasab Mujapar also were missing. people were talking that they both were loving each other so they both together have ran away from home. on 05-06-2017 Laksmibai mother of Ningappa had gone to girls house and  have told her parents that people are taking badly about us your caste and our caste is different search then where they are and keep your girl at your  home and we will keep our boy in our house for that they had told her that  our daughter have not ran away with your son but she is at one of our relative house and thay have threatened her. on 25-06-2017 Mariyappa father of Ningappa had come at 4 O clock in the evening back to home fore land and after washing his face he had gone to tee shop to drink tee. there comes girl\'s father Mahabubasab with 6 of his relatives and fights with Mariyappa and beats on his head by axe Mariyappa falls down even though they did not leave him they pulls him till the Lakshmi devi temple of the village and ties him to a tree and asking him where have you taken my daughter and tell us where is your son otherwise we will going to kill you and beats him by sticks by the time Mariyappas other son Ramesh come there seeing his father he comes to help him but they tie him also to a tree and beats him also. they had been tied up to 7 O clock of this night then police comes there and they shift them to Kalikeri hospital by Ambulance and from there they have been shifted to Sindagi taluk hospital and from there to Vijayapura District hospital for further treatment.

this incident case has been filed at Kalakeri p0lice station and the crime No; 89/2017, IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 342, 326, 504, 506 r/w 149 and Sc/St(poa) Amendment Act 2015 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(Va) has been added.
