Case summary
Mr Babu Lal Meghwal and his 3 generations of ancestors have been working on a land since a long time. The land belongs to the Tehseeldar. When they got to know this, they sent him a lot of notices to which he replied with a Demand notice saying that the land actually belongs to him. Since a long time, they have been trying to acquire Babu lal\'s land. Babu lal made a hut on the field and started living their with his wife and sons as he was scared that someone will try to take his land. In order to do the same, criminals came and put the hut on fire which injured Babu Lal\'s family a lot. And victims\'s mother dead over the injuries.
