Case brief
Case summary
On dated 31.7.20 at approx. 12pm midnight victim Rishiraj reached at his home after a singing program and get sleep. At approx. 12.30pm accused Anil, Monu and Ravinder reached at victims home and kidnapped him on Gun point on a bullet bike. Accused ravinder run away from there then all accused went at near Anil. All accused beaten to victim very cruelly. Rishiraj run away from the incident spot and hide himself in a sugarcane field. Victims brother Surajbhan call to him then he told him his location. After that surajbhan went there and took him at home,in mean Neelam w/o rishiraj made a call on women help line number 1091.
In the morning at approx. 3am I.O. Satish Dahiya (ASI) and another two unknown policemen reached at victim home from P.C. Khubdu. Satish Dahiya threaten to victim that” he will insert a stick in your anus due to false complaint” and returned back. Next day victim went in the hospital at Gannour where he was referred to sonipat hospital. Where he was again referred to PGI Rohtak.
Victim given written complaint to police and also mention that accused Surrender s/o ram singh caste valmiki also involve in planning in this attack. All accused are having criminal background and have illegal weapons.
Police lodge an FIR No. 0337/20 u/s 323/34/506 IPC on dated 3.8.20 at P.S. Gannaur, but not invoked 3(1)(r) Sc/St Act in FIR.
