Victim Vijay(45y) s/o sh. Jai singh caste valmiki is living in village Bhagalpuri. On dated 8.2.2020 at approx. 11.30am listen some noise at the house of his neighbor Umed(32y)s/o Ram kumar caste chamar. So vijay went their along with his brother’s wife Suman(30y), where he saw that accused Ajit s/o Krishan caste, his mother Krishna, Parveen pehalwan,Pappu (M.C.) Bhunda@Raka, Harender caste Jaat and others threaten to victim Umed. Accused Ajit threaten to Umed that “ he block the public drain of his office and he will not allow the drain water of your drain’. Accused Ajit caste abused to Umed” you Ded- Chamar drunk water your drain and engrave your well himself. When victim Umed protest this abused, all accused entered in victim house and attacked on him with sticks. When victim vijay and suman trying to mediation, all accused also attacked on him. Accused threaten to victims that we “brunt the all Haryana in Jaat reservation protest and you are nothing against them, you have only two-three houses, we will kidnapped you daughter’s and ladies and naked parade in the village. Accused threaten for life to victims and run away from the incident place.
