Case summary

 On dated 17.9.20 at approx. 9.30pm victim Rahul was returned back his home from his uncle Chote lal home’s, where accused Bittu@ tractorwala caste Panjabi threaten to victim Rahul that why you are outstare me. Then victim Rahul said him that he is not outstaring him, whenever you outstaring to me since 3-4days. Then accused  Bittu @ tractorwala abused to victim “ you Gandi Nali ke Keede, koli, chude and slapped to victim Rahul, accused threaten that he will insert iron rod in his private part. Victim was return back his home. In mean time at approx. 9.45pm Rahul elder brother Bittu was standing his roof and seen in the street that accused abused his younger brother Rahul. Then Bittu went there, till then Rahul reached at his home. Victim Bittu asked to accused Bittu@tractorwala that why you abused to Rahul. Accused told him that Rahul was outstaring him, yet victim Rahul again reached at incident place. where he told all incident his brother Bittu.

Victim Bittu asked to accused Bittu tractorwala that why you outstaring since 3-4 days, then accused comments that he will outstaring as it is. Yet another’s accused Kaka and Pappu caste Panjabi reached there and Pappu catch to victim Rahul. Victim Bittu request to accused to left him but all accused beaten to both victims. Yet victim’s mother Savitri reached at incident place and trying to save victims in mean time accused Kaka took iron rod and his son Sunny took a Fawda. Accused Kaka hit iron rod on head of victim Savirti therefore she was unconscious and fell down.

Yet victim Kushum(22y) d/o late sh. Kanhiya reached there incident place where accused Kaka and his son Sunny, Pappu beaten her and spilt her cloths. Some neighbors were gathered there and victims return back home. After that victim went at civil hospital and take treatment victim Savitri at approx. 11.pm.
