Case summary
on dated 11-06-2022 deceased Rakesh s/o jaibhagwan was missing. Next day on 12-06-2022 at approx. 6am he made a call to his brother Umed and told that he was along with accused Ashu caste jat and his life in danger from Ashu. At approx. 8.30 pm police told him that Rakesh dead body found at Mujjafernagar in UP. Later Ashu was arrested in this Murder. Now accused baild out recently.
on dated 13-09-2026 at approx. 8pm accusded Ashu and Vishal attacked on deceased Rakesh brother Umed, police did not lodge any FIR against them.
