The vicitm Sujata Prakash Sonavane, age 60 years, caste SC(Mahar) residing at Anthurne Village, Tq. Baramati, Dist. Pune had dispute relating to land with accused Devaraj Baral and his family. On dated 12th November 2020 @ 7.45 am, the vicitm Sujata Sonavane was keeping aside the fire wood kept by Baral family adjcent to her land the accused Devaraj Baral suddenly assaulted the victim and his family members including adity baral and son of Balu Baral came out and started beating and abusing the victim on caste.
