Case summary
On dated 27th August 2020 @ around 6.30 pm, the Complainant Sushma Sunil More and three other women were discussing some issues in front of Dnyanganga Academy with the Buddhist Dharmaguru Prakash Bhalerao and Prakash Kharat. At that time the accused Yuvraj Kadam, Ganesh Kadam and Bharat Kadam who were dunked came there and started abusing on caste and also outraged the modesty of victim by tearing the blouse in public.
