Case summary

We would like to bring the details of an atrocity case where Victim Sumitra(35y) w/o Shukbir caste Chamar r/o 2/8, Arjun Nagar, Kabdi Road Panipat. Dominant accused Suresh Chand and his son Manoj caste Brahmen was occupy the land of Public street and made toilet & others things. Accused threat to victims and others neighbors, who oppose this illegal encroachment.

Before three and half months accused Suresh and his wife Rajkumari and his daughters Seema, Billo and their hubands Sanjay,Dinesh, Manoj and his wife Ponam Caste abused “Chamari,Ghindli,Randi” to victims Sumitra and her Husband in the street. Accused comment to victims that you repair our sleepers and you cannot similar like them never.  Accused refused their children’s in the street when victims oppose that then accused threaten to kill them and throw the acid on their childrens. They also threat to victims make handicap.

Male Accused doing toilet without closed the door. When victims oppose this then accused beaten to victims. Accused also throw dumps excreta, waste matter etc. in front of victims door. Nobody accused are arrested till four months.
