Case summary
Mr. Bharat Popat Sathe, age 46, caste SC(matang), residing at Ughadewadi road, Welapur, Tq.Malashiras, Dist. Solapur having his ancestral land of 6 acre and he filed an application with tehasildar for way to his land before six months back. The Pandhare family residing adjacent to the Sathe family were having jealousy with them from the date of given letter for way. On dated 25/03/2021, when the victim Bhart Sathe went for natures call in his farm in the morning at about 9.30, the accused Dipak Pandhare clicked the pick of victim attending natures call in his mobile and abused on caste. When the Surekha, wife of victim Bharat Sathe went to the house of Pandhare for inquiring why he took such picture? the wife of accused Dipak, named Dhanashree Pandhare and mother Kalavati Raghunath Pandhare started beating victim's wife Surekha. Surekhs suffered injury on her back and bum.
