Kandhasamy S/o Raman belongs to Dalit community, reside at Selvapuram, Avinasi Taluk of Tiruppur District of Tamil Nadu State. On 31.05.2015 he went to his sister house. While he is returning to home. He went to urination on road side. While he urinating cow was coming to road side. Since he tried to catch an tied cow on tree. While five caste Hindus were attacked him and caste abused him. He was got serious injuries and he admitted in hospital. He lodged complaint in police station. Case was filed under SC/ST PoA Act.
