Case summary
Mr. Maheswaran belongs to Arunthathiyar Community working as a Tailor in the Baniani Company. On 03.08.2018, Maheswaran along with his friend Marimuthu went to the temple and return to their house. While they came near Mannarai bicycle shop Street, near Kumar House, his sons Ajith and Parthiban were standing on the road with an auto, they left them a little way, Maheswaran request to move forward and said to Ajith that no one would be good enough to go without any trouble. Suddenly Ajith and Parthiban verbally abused in the name of caste with derogatory and filthy words and also brutally attacked with iron rod. Maheswaran was severally injured and admitted in Tirupur Government Hospital with the help of his friends. The complaint was registered in Tirupur North Police Station and filed a complaint against the incident.
