Case summary
On 4-7-2015, the victim was working in his field. His field is adjacent to the field of accused. When he was seeding in the field, the accused came with the axe uttering the caste based names. He attacked over him with axe. The victim shielded himself with the plastic tub he had. the Tub broke but he got injuries in his hands. Seeing all this, the victim\'s wife fainted. The son of the victim who was standing there, he shot this in his mobile camera. The victim was crying out for help. Hearing over this, the villagers came and saved him. The victim went to the police station with other villagers to register the case. But the accused was already sitting in the police station. The police did not register the case and scolded them. Thereafter, the complaint was registered through court.
