Case summary
Jasprit belongs to caste chamar. On dated 27.11.21 at approx. 10.30pm they were sifting their Home items at new home. Yet accused Barma Pehalwan caste Jat who are also living in B.S.T. colony came there and abused with them. He was wearing only underwear and Baniyan only. He also called another’s three accused. Accused Barma entered in their home forcedly and bad touch with her with bad intention and sexual assault with her and her mother. Accused threaten and caste abused them that “ Chamar, Ded, Neech, Kamino give me one lakh rupee otherwise he will kill them”. Yet police PCR came there, when PCR returned he again abused them and trying to enter in their home forcedly.
Accused Barma doing all this another accused Balbir Pahal caste Jat, both of them linked with mobile regularly. Accused Balbir Pahal surrounding their home since two days and he also block their main gate with his car (HR42F-4570) today morning. Therefore victims were face problem to enter their home. Accused barma abused and threaten to life to victims hole night.
