Mr. Palani (40) W/o Lakshmi belongs to Dalit community, reside at Chinna pomman salai, Udumalaipet Taluk of Tiruppur District. He was working as a Sanitary worker in Pungamuthu Panchyath in Udummalaipet Taluk. He is the person incharge to put street on and off. Hence every day he usually Kallimedu to on street light by the way of Tirumalai Gounder Agricultural land.
On 09.07.2015 while going to Kallimedu in the way of Tirumalai Gounder Agricultural land, he was stopped by Tirumalai Gounder and his son Senthilkumar. They were caste abused, how Dalit Dog can enter our land. They were abused in the filthy words and brutally attacked him and tied his hand in the pillar and brutally attacked him,He got serious injuries in head and his teeth also broken. Ms. Lakshmi wife of Palani come to his matter, she went to rescuer palani, she also brutally attacked by Senthilkumar and Tirumalai Gounder. Mr. Palani was admitted in Udumalaipet Government hospital. He lodged complaint against caste hindus. Dally police were filed case against caste hindus. Mr. Palani was discharged from hospital on 27.07.2015.
