Case summary

victim Kuldeep kumar s/o sh. Gyanchand caste Valmiki r/o T 80-E ward no. 20 railway colony Panipat. He is working in Indian Railway Panipat on Post technical -1. Accused Vajir s/o Baldev caste Jat r/o village Chamrada also working in Indian Railway Panipat in PWI Department. Victim Kuldeep need some rupees so he Borrow rs. 100000 and 100000rs from accused Vajir through bank on dated 3.8.2019 and 26.9.2019. Accused vajir took two check, copies of ID proofs of victim kuldeep on dated 26.9.2019. Accused took the victim’s signature on a blank stamp and written on it criminal defamation against victim. Accused pressurized to victim to refund the money in cash, so victim refund two lakh rs. in installments on dated 9.12.2019. Accused took 3% interest from victim.

Accused vajir misused his ID and others documents and took two lakh rs. loan on victim name from Landbox(NBFC) without any inform to victim. When a call from this company to victim for installment then victim knew this fraud.Victim paid interest under pressure of that loan. When victim complaint about this to accused then accused confess that he will not take any loan on his name in future and refund that interest. He also confesses his mistake. But now accused said that victim did not refund any money to accused and demand rs. 4.50 lakh. Victim faced mentally, social and economic tortured by accused.           

       Victim given a complaint to M.T. P.S. against accused on dated 25.2.2021, but police did not take any action till now.
