that victim Rocky Gahlot s/o Sh. Jagdish caste valmiki r/o 248/10 rani mahal valmiki basti sanoli road panipat. He was working as a peon at District Town Planner Hudda office Panipat on contract basis since approx. Five years. In January 2020 new DTPO Lalit kumar caste Jat posted in DTPO office. Accused Lalit kumar gathered all the office staff and taken their introduction, when victim Rocky introduce himself accused comments on him that” all right you are Rocky scoundrel”. Victim Rocky was surprised and silent, he feel insult in front of all staff members. From this day accused Lalit kumar started tortured to victim Rocky as mentally and physically. Accused Lalit kumar forcedly wash his private vehicle from victim Rocky and comments on his cloths. Accused order to victim to stand out of office and in No Smoking Jon. But victim tolerate all insult to save his job since seven months.

On dated 21.7.20 victim Rocky was on his duty at police station Samalkha yet accused Lalit kumar reached their and said that go from here because new peon is appointed. When victim reached in office, where he was relive from his job. But victim recommendation by somebody for his job and pending his salary so he went in the Huda office on dated 27/7/20. When victim entered in DTPO cabin but Accused Lalit kumar comment that he never inveigle any recommendation and how you enter here. Accused Lalit kumar get angry on victim and comments that you are able to enter in the office, you should clean the road with broom and dirty drain. Accused said that get out from my cabin.
