Bal Mukund Meghwal was a daily wages labour. On April 10, 2016, he went to his work as daily wage labour but did not retiun home late night. Family of deceased searched all the possible places. Suddenly, One Gulab, owner of a liquor shop, called one of the family member and told that Bal Mukund is dead and is in Victoria Hospital. Deceased family and polic reached the hospital. police registered the complaint of unnatural death. But deceased family did not satisfied and logded FIR through 156(3)
