Radheshyam S/o Sh. Kana Das aged about 60 years, by Caste- Meghwal, resident of Mardiya Near Goshala , Police Station-Kunhadi , District- Kota, Rajasthan .The Victim Radheshyam belongs to a poor Scheduled Caste family and permanent resident of State of Rajasthan, The victim Rhadheshyam worked at accused Ramdev Gurjar\' s home on bounded labour.That the brief and relevant facts of the present case are that the Petitioner‘s family is thrilling to accused Ramdev Gurjar on bounded labour. The accused Ramdev Gurjar is a loanborrower. He has not loan borrower registration The accused Ramdev Gurjar gave 1,25,000/- Rs.,3 Rs per hundred compound interest (In word one lakh twenty five thousand) to the petitioner, and petitioner has made promise that he would give him money, that accused has 6,00,000/-Rs (In word six Lakh) illegally forcefully demand,then the petitioners depressed and mentally torched by accused Ramdev Gurjar so that petitioner sale own residentially land 1,40,000 /- RS.(In word one Lakh forty thousand ) and paid to cash to Ramdev Gurjar.VOn 27/09/2019, about 6 pm, the accuseds came to the house of the petitioner and brutally beaten up the son of the petitioner Atmaram, thereafter he killed him by strangulating him and he died on the spot. That the Accused-Respondents belongs to Gurjar, Rajpoot and Jain Community. It is further pertinent to mention here that the accused-respondent are very powerful, dominant and high political approachable person. It is also further mentioned Gurjar, Rajpoot and Jain are majority in that locality.
