The complnant shri.Maruti Gangadhar Jamdhane. Aged 39 yrs. R/o Velapur tal. Kopargaon dist. Ahmednagar. His minor daughter ku. Sakshi M. Jamdhade aged 9 yrs. She is studying in 4th std.in shri.chatrapati Sambhaji prathmik vidyalay. Gautamnagar tal.kopargaon dist. Ahmednagar.
On 13/12/2019 at 17:00 ku.was watching her parents to receive her near her School .same time the Accused Amol Asho Nimase agd 19 yrs. Caste Maratha r/o Shirapur tal. Pathardi dist. Ahmednagar came there and told her that he was younger brother of her father and he will leave with her home and he took her on his Hero Honda CD Dawn MH 41 J-3033 . but instead of going to her home he goes to tees Shahajipur Shivar Taluka Kopargaon district Ahmednagar the farm of Chhaya Shivaji bonase . he broken the lock of farmhouse without the permission of owner. he pushed her into the room by intention to rape her . the accused started to hurt her and threaten her he pushed her breast . the accused bitten her mouth and lips then he removed her cloths and inner-ware.then he commited rape her.He gave inhuman treatment to her in whole night he also commited rape in multiple time during same night.and he forcefully manupalate the penis in her mouth.
Accordingly, FIR was lodged against the accused on 14/12/2019 u/s 307,376(2)(K)(L)(N),363,366,366(A),342,326,452 of IPC and u/s 6 of POCSO Act as well as u/s 3(1)(W), 3(2)(5), 3(2)(5-a) of POA .
Accused arrested.No bail granted till date.
