Case summary
Ramakrisna(sc) of vizizanagaram gave 25 lakhs rupees to srinivasaraju(Kshatriya caste) two years back, who is native of Gudepuvalasa villege of Badangi Mandal of vizianagaram district.Mr.Srinivas raju promoised to repay and gave 3 checques (10Lakhs+10Lakhs+5Lakhs) to recovery,but accused not performed according to their agreement.so that Ramakrishna and others(along with community leaders i.e,Chandaka Nukaraju , Somu mahesh,Chinatapalli Durga,Chenna Yuvarani) went to Srinivas raju\'s villege on 8-11-2016,and intracted with the Villege elders at first.They advised to met srinivasa raju uncle son seetaramaraju,so they met him explained the non payment issue of ramakrishna. but seetaram raju gave direction to the community leadres to approach athe Srinivasa raju\'s house.the team members went to srinivas raju house and explained to her mother because srinivas raju is not there,she told and warned that he is not coming since 6months..if you come again to my home i will give the complaint to police because Police,my younger son is IRS officer and his friend also Police officer,becareful.victim and others went to his father.he told that My son is not coming to my home so,we cant do any thing.so the team came back to viziznagaram. aftr4days police people went to chenna yuvarani house and communicated regd case registered againist the dalits who went to the srinivasraju\'s villege.
the Badangi police people registred the case abainist the dalits.Cr.no..../16 u/s....dtd.22-11-2016,victims went to the police station for the bail purpose.police gave the station bail and istructed Ramakrishna to bring somu mahesh who is not attennded on the day. so somu mahesh and Chandaka Nukaraju went to the police station on 24-11-2016.
SI of Badangi police station was took somu mahesh to si room,and removimng his clothes in the police station and abusing with fifthly language,and caste name,si kicked betaten the somu mahesh..simemntionly Chandaka nukaraju took upstira of the police station beaten by Head Conistable Mukku.Ramana.
the police pepole took ther signatures on white papers. the victims informed to Mr.Somu Apparao.immediatyl he went to the police station and brought to them directly to the M.R.hospital,Vizianagaram.gave the copmplaint in MLC Counter.
DSP visited and take the statements,registerd the case 76/16 u/s 3(1)(r),3(2)(Va) POA and 323,324,r/w34 ipc...
