Kolara district, srinivasapura talluk, basavanapalli(Parsanapalli) village, schedule caste Madiga community belongs Narasimhaiah and hiswife Laksmi, his couple has 3 children and they have 3 actors of land at the village, next to Narasimhaiah land there are many lands which belongs to the same village Rajareddy who belongs to OBC Vokkaliga gowda community first comes Rajareddy land and then next comes Narasimhaiah land so he has to go his land through Rajareddy land so there was clash between them for many times on the matter of road. Narasimhaiah had grown next to his land road in one line Mango tree, tamarind tree and red sandalwood trees. on 25-04-2020 in the morning Narasimhaiah had gone to his land to see seeing he was shocked because all his trees and grown crops were fired and totally every crop were burnt, soonhe asks Rajareddy why have you done like this for that he and hiswife Ramalakshmamma and his son Surendrareddy have attacked him and brutally beaten him and have scolded him we will going to lively burn you like we burnt your crops and have threatened him that we will going to kill you and have remembered that in 1990 in the same district at Kambalapalli village 9 people were burnt lively so we will going to burn you and your family and they have made Narasimhaiah, his wife and along with his two children they have threatened them and made them to leave the village and these family were roaming here and there this comes to now to Dalit forums then soon they goes to rayalvadu station and gives complaint.

this incident case has been filed at Rayalpadu police station on 12-06-2020 and the crime No; 43/2020 IPC 1860 u/s 435, 323, 324, 504, 506, r/w 34 and sc/st(POA)Amendment Act-2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), has been added in the case. on 19-09-2020 criminals Rajareddy and his son Surendrareddy has been arrested.
