victim Veera Devi(34y) w/o Late Gora singh caste valmiki r/o Premnagar, Mahavir colony Sirsa. Victim veera devi is a laborer and having two sons. Approx. 16 years before her husband Gora singh was died. Accused Munsi ram s/o Jagga caste comboj r/o vedwala is a contractor District sirsa was met with victim veera approx. 15 years before. Both of them were started living in relationship and met regularly. Accused given a plot to victim in which victim construction the house with her money. In the plot issue court given the favorable civil suite ordered in victim veera devi side. Victim veera devi get two operation of Gallbladder and vein of throat on dated 3.6.20, therefore doctor suggest to her to neglect the physical relation.
On dated 6.7.20 at approx. 12noon accused Munsiram went at house and raped with victim Veera forcedly without her permission.
On dated 11.7.20 at approx. 1pm noon accused Munsiram again went at victim house and trying to rape with victim but victim veera devi strongly refused to accused.
