In Village Todi under Police Station Tahla in Alwar District the village administration asked all the communities of the village to contribute in the infrasture of the school, where the Dalits annnouced to construte the main gate of the school. The seventy percent construction of school gate was completed.
When wining procession of Mr. Bhadana came to the Todi village, it was brought into notice by local Gurjars that Dalit (Bairwas) of the village are constructing school gate allegedly at the instance of Mr. Bhadana indirectly instigated the Gurjars not to allow further construction of school gate. The main grudge of the local Gurjars seem to be go under the school gate constructed by Dalits and this is against the prestige of dominant caste Gurjars. When Bairwas resisted the move of Gurjar miscreants, they were severely beaten up and publicly abused and humiliated on 28th December 2013. When Bairwa victims went to local police station Tahla lodged the report, the police refused to entertain and ask them to run away. There after the Bairwas filed a petition under section 156(4) CrPC in the local court and succeed to lodge the FIR no. 41/14 on 12/02/14.
