My name is Dashmat Rawat, I work as a domestic labourer, I have a wife and three children at home. I have studied till 5th class, I am a resident of Karaundi Gao Bahari. Giving full details of the incident, the victim said that the incident took place in Kuwari Bazaar in June 2020. I was sitting with vegetables after working in the house and was about to return home when Pravesh Shukla came on top of me and urinated. We did not talk before the incident. After urinating, I did not protest because I was afraid that he would beat me.After so many days of the incident, I did not mention it to my wife or anyone due to fear. Even after the video surfaced, when the villagers asked, I kept denying it due to fear. We do not do any farming and do farm labor. Are earning their living. That's why I did not say anything to anyone out of fear that he might kill me. I was saddened by this incident but could not do anything, but now I want the accused to be punished so that such an incident does not happen to anyone again. When asked about the affidavit circulating on social media, Dashmat Rawat told that I was working at Pravesh Shukla's uncle Vidya Shukla, then Vidya Shukla said, let's go straight, it is important work, so I went straight with his, where I have got this written study done, I signed it out of fear. This video was made by Pravesh Shukla himself. I don't know how this video went viral. I have been given two checks of Rs 15 lakh and Rs 5 lakh by the collector as relief amount.
