Case summary

Dr. N. Srilakshmi Prabha w/o Kanagaraj belongs from Scheduled Caste; complete her doctoral degree in Biotechonology in Bharathiyar University in the year of December 2011.  While there was an advertisement to the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Bharathiyar University on 14/07/2016.  In this she qualified the norms prescribed by the university and above all she hailing from Hindu SC Community and further she having priority in inter caste marriage as she married a Hindu Backward community.  Further her father-in-law agriculture land was acquired by the university in the year 1986 and the University promised to provide one jb benefit to the family of the land owner.  The post if intended for SC (A)(W) DW (P) and no candidate from SC (A)(W) for DW were recruited and the only candidate who has got eligibility to be appointed SC women and two priorities to Srilakshmi Prabha.  But the university appointed SC male candidate Mr. Velaudha Prabu (his sister working as an Assistant professor in the same dept) and also not eligible to  be consider as the 200 point.  The University ignored the rules and regulations and established norms of recruitment procedures, hence she have send a fax to the higher education secretary on 29/11/2016 regarding this issue. But till she never received any reply from the dept. Also she submitted the WRIT petition to the high court of Madras on 16/03/2017 to render the ends of justice.    

subsequently she have applied for t he university grant commission postdoctoral fellowship for women in the year of 2017-2018 also she selected as a UGC-PDF for women.  All verification proforma to the registrar  on 26/07/2014 through the mentor Dr.V.Balachandar, Dept. of Human Genetics and Molecular Biology, Bharathiyar university.  Instead of forwarding my verification proforma, the registrar i/c (Dr.Vanitha) has send a letter to her on 03/07/2017 to change the institute.  Its proves that the university authorities are intentionally denying her UGC post Doctoral Fellowship award owning to personal conflicts regarding her roaster violation in Assistant professor recruitment at Bharathiyar University in 2016.  The Vice Chancellor Mr. Ganapathi is intentionally obstructing her to access the public education institute, also Vice chancellor have lost her research felowhip nearly Rs.40 Lakhs which also destroyed her research expereice as well as her future career.  The vice chancellor, Bharathiyar University directly causes the mental agony to her also her family.   And her husband Mr. Kanagaraj working as a consolidated driver in Bharathiyar University more ten 20 yrs.  His job was stripped of by the university authorites for the past 8 months because of the above said reason.  Also the vice chancellor has offended her husband many times in front of his colleageues and humiliated through communal abuses like how could you marriage a SC Women, bcos of this marriage he lost his  job.  Because these atrocities and economic boycott they are suffering even for their basic needs.
