Arusamy (33) S/o Kuppusamy belongs to Dalit community, reside at Arijana colony, Sempatha palayam, Sathumugai post, Sathiyamangalam Taluk, Erode District of Tamil Nadu. Now he is staying at sathiyamanglam for temporally. He working as a daily laborer in local place and he was affected by some ear problem of slow hearing. On 25.05.2015. He went to his relative death funeral at sempathampalayam, he was sleeping at the night on street side. Meanwhile caste hindu Meesai kumar @ sivakumar and his son vijayakumar crossing the way. They were caste abused and brutally attacked how dalit dog can sleep in front of my house. He got serious injuries on his body. He was lodged complaint at Sathiyamangalam police station and he was admitted in sathiyamanglam government hospital for treatment. One accused only arrested and he got bailed. Now dalits were forced to withdraw the case because dalits were build the temple in village. If they were invited caste hindu gounder for celebration they are asking to if withdraw the case only we will come otherwise we can not come to festival. So dalit were force Arusamy to withdraw the case.
