Case summary
Basinder son of Jhuru Nat had gone from his home to Nevada village to work as a laborer on 29-03-2023. After working as a laborer, I was coming home at around 11 o'clock in the morning to have breakfast, when before coming home, Sudarshan Singh son of late Churkun Singh nr. Mauza - Nevada police station - Phulpur district - Varanasi and Sudarshan Singh's nephew Vishal Singh son of Bhola Singh nr. Mauza - Kalbalwapur Mani police station, Phulpur district, Varanasi. Without any reason, stopped the Basinder and abused him obscenely. Beaten with sticks, kicks, punches and slaps. Due to which the Basinder suffered chest and head injuries. The Basinder was taken to the Primary Health Center, Gangapur. There Dr. Saheb referred him to B.H.U. Trauma Center At present the Basinder is in Trauma Center B.H.U. Is admitted in. Medical treatment is going on. Is not conscious. The Basinder is a Scheduled Caste (Nat) and while leaving, the opposition even threatened to kill him. The applicant has come to the police station to inform about this. Therefore, it is requested that after investigating the case of the Basinder, please register a case against the opposition parties and take legal action. Applicant No. (Kanchan Devi) Mob.
