Case summary
On dated 12.7.2020 at approx. 6pm some water is pending extra in water tanker so contractor Sachin said to victim Sandeep that you can use this pending water in your personal work. When victim Sandeep went to take water from that tanker where accused Sonu s/o vikram insulted in public view to victim Sandeep and Comment that” you deahed, chude how you touch the tanker, then victim sandeep said sorry to accused and also said that he will not touch the tanker in the future”. Then victim return back from there.
On dated 13.7.20 at approx. 9.15am victim Sandeep went at Indira Awas colony for taken his tool where accused Vikram s/o Rameswar caste Jat comment that “ oye kamin why was you taken water from our tanker. Vikram attacked with stick on victim so Sandeep was injured and run away from their and reached at Police Chowki Dheegal at approx. 10.30am for giving complaint of all incident. In mean time at approx. 10.30am all accused Vikram s/o Rameswar, Sonu s/o Vikram, Sachin s/o Vikram, Jaideep s/o Sukhbir all belongs to caste Jat reached at victim Sandeep house and attacked on his family members with the help of sticks.
After some time village sarpanch Ravi s/o sh. Leela ram caste valmiki call to victim Sandeep and told that your brother Manjeet was came at his home to given the details of incident, but all above accused reached at his house and attacked on victim Manjeet with the sticks. Accused attacked on Manjeet and Minaksi w/o Sandeep and both were injured. All accused also caste abused to victims.
