on Dated18-4-16@8:30AM victim Nitin caste valmiki return to back his house from sonipat in his car with friend Pawan.when they reached nr.Machroli bus stand Panipat,they were stoped by Through overtake from a Scorpio and a another car.8-10 Jats came and asked him adressd and caste. Nitin told that he is belongs to valmiki caste,than accused abused to victim on caste line and attack with Stick & hokey.they broken both legs and Right hand of Nitin and also broken Right hand of Pawan.accused sneching gold chain of Nitin&15000rs,and also broken the victims car.police invoked sc/st act later but removed after sometime. only two accused arrested by police till now.
