Let it be known that the deceased Shivnath Ram was into mango business. He had bought a mango orchard in Parsuni Rais, a hamlet adjacent to his village. The deceased belonged to Scheduled Caste. Due to which other people were jealous of him. There was a poultry farm of landlord Siyaram Thakur there. Where the deceased used to sleep every day. He went to the adjacent Chapa Kal at around five in the morning on 02-07-2023 to get water. Where a dispute broke out between Ujjwal Kumar Thakur, Nanhe Thakur and Ganesh Thakur due to certain reasons.The above three brutally beat Shivnath Ram to death. Even though the immediate cause of the incident is said to be taking water from Chapa yesterday. But, there is a serious reason behind the incident. It is said that wrongdoing was done by the accused. The deceased had previously warned those people from doing wrong things. Due to which there was already enmity between the accused and Shivnath Ram.
