Case brief
Case summary
On 27-02-2023, the victim Nagendra Das had gone to his neighboring village Bahuara Raghuvansh for some work. In front of their eyes, Nandan Singh/Aman Singh, resident of Bahura village, crushed two goats of rural Binda Giri with their Apache motorcycle. Shri Das could not tolerate injustice. He ran and stopped Mr. Singh's motorcycle. An attempt was made by Mr. Singh to crush Mr. Das also. There was an altercation between Mr. Singh and goat owner Binda Giri regarding the incident. Mr. Singh wanted to run away on a motorcycle.Mr. Das took away the keys of Mr. Singh's motorcycle due to which he became very angry and Rajputana went to his home in a rage, speaking nonsense. He did not even pay the price of Binda Giri's goat. On the said date itself, in the evening, Shri Singh along with his 10-15 supporters, armed with every weapon, attacked Shri Das's house. Everyone brutally beat Mr. Das, his wife Sushila Devi and his only son Ankit Kumar, aged 17, with iron rods, sticks and rods. Ankit was seriously injured.Ankit Kumar died during treatment 18 days after the incident.
