Case summary
Details of incident- Late husband of victim Sushila Devi. Pappu, son of Khivraj, is a native of village Rampur police station, Pihani district, Hardoi. The victim belongs to Chamar caste in Scheduled Caste. The victim's husband late. Pappu was guarding the crops on his farm. From where on date - 29-03-2023, village resident Rohit Rathore, aged 25 years, son of Shankar Rathore, and Rahul - aged 20 years, son of Natthu, forcibly took away the husband of the victim Sushila Devi on motorcycle no. UP30 BH 3189 and He said that there is some work, he will drop back and near Chathiya Tiraha, Rohit forcefully pushed Rahul down and took away the victim's husband. At around 9:30, information was received that Chandrika Singh Degree under village Fatepur Kotwali Magalganj. Fatepur outpost police informed about Pappu's dead body lying in a blood soaked state near the college and Mitauli CHC. From where Pappu was referred to District Hospital Lakhimpur Kheri. Due to serious condition, he was referred from District Hospital to Lucknow Trauma Center where during treatment, husband Pappu died on 30/03/2023. Family of the victim. There was already a rivalry going on with Rohit due to which the victim suspects that some major accident happened to her husband and he was thrown on the road but the police is telling her that it was an accident.
