Karnataka state dharvada district, and talluk, Kottur village schedulle caste Madiga community belongs Parerappa Kottur  70 years and his wife sangavva 65 years they do agriculture for their living this couple had 5 male and 3 female children the last son Narayan 28 years he was working has labour contractor and he was sending labours to private company around Dharvada city since he was a good and sincere contractor all the contracts were going to him only. in the same way there was another group doing the same labour contract work and since all the contract was going to Narayan they were bit angry on him. on 09-05-2020 around 8;30 at night Narayan and with his relatives Bheemappa and Maruthi were coming from dharvad while on the way this group from same village schedule tribes Valmeeki Nayaka community belongs Basavaraju Barakera 30 years along with his friends Belur village Hanumanthappa, Manjunath, Narelakatte village Kalmesh Barakera and Muslim community belongs Shaphiraj attacks them with sticks, Axe, Knife, stones and iron rod and starts scolding them yours is too much and you have grown because of you am not getting contracts and i am not getting labours and our work is not done anywere around here so levee all these is work and don't put your head on this private companies and starts beating them with their weapones by this my forehead, head back and stomach were severely injured and i had been taken to Dharvad hospital by the ambulance and treatment is going on.

This incident case has been filed at Garaga police station and the crime No;53/2020 on 11-05-2020 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 148, 324, 504, 506 r/w 149 and sc/st(POA)Amendment Act 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) has been added in the case.
