Mr.Velusami belongs to Arunthathiyar community, residind with his parents and living at 281, Mankaradu, Selva Nagar, Muthur Via, Elumathur Post, Modakuruchi Taluk of Erode District in Tamil Nadu. He is Stdying 10th standard in Elumathur Higher Secondary School.  

on 2nd October Gandhi Jayanthi as the boy was at his home a man named Mr. Pradeep Gounder of the same village came there and asked the boy to come to work in his field. But the boy refused and told him that he had fever and can not come for work.

Immediately Pradeep Gounder verbally abused the boy in derogatory language referring to the caste names and forcefully dragged him to come for work. Also he had brutally attacked the boy and immediately his mother rushed to place and tried to pacify the problem. Both his parents namely mother Baby and father Duraisamy were severly beaten up by Pradeep Gounder in front of the public view. 

Sudha (28 years) is residing with her husband Bannari in Jeeva Nagar, Vallipalayam Post, Puliyampatti Via, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District. On 02.10.2017 at 7: 30 pm, a man named Sivakolunthu belonging to the dominant caste (Naikar Community) had a dispute with Sudha and he brutally attacked her. This incident occured in front of Sudha\'s residence and near to the village temple. 

The Dalit youths who were sittting near the temple rushed to the spot and tried to pacify the dispute. But Sivakolunthu verbally abused and attacked the boys referring with their caste names. The injured boys then went to the Sathyamangalam Government Hospital for medical treatment.
