       प्रीति की शादी दिनांक 26.06.12 को बनकटी हनुमान मंदिर के पास स्थित मलिन बस्ती, दुर्गाकुंड, वाराणसी निवासी बबलू वाल्मीकि से हुई | शादी के दुसरे ही दिन प्रीति को उनके ससुराल वालों ने जहर देकर मारने का प्रयास किया यह सब प्रीति के सास, ससुर और उसके देवर द्वारा किया गया | यही लोग प्रीति के पति को शराब पिलाकर और ड्रग्स की लत लगाकर प्रीति का उत्पीडन करते है और तो और घर से भी बाहर निकल दिए हैं | प्रीति ने इस सब की शिकायत दिनांक 27-11-15 को एसएसपी वाराणसी से किया है जिसकी कॉपी संलग्न है |

      अमरचंद्र जी पिछले 7 वर्ष से जल निगम (जल कल विभाग) में ठेकेदार के माध्यम से सीवर में उतर कर सीवर की सफाई का काम कर रहे हैं जोकि पूरी तरीके से गैर कानूनी है, वर्तमान में ये जिस ठेकेदार के माध्यम से काम कर रहे हैं उसका नाम है-तरुण राय |

      इसी काम को करने के दौरान 1 वर्ष पूर्व इन्हें सीवर में खतरनाक गैस लग गया जिस वजह से इनका स्वास्थ्य गंभीर रुप से ख़राब हो गया और इनके मुह से खून आने लगा जिसका इन्होने 1 वर्ष पूर्व इलाज कराया (इलाज से संबंधित सभी जाँच रिपोर्ट व दवा के बिल की कॉपी पीडीऍफ़ फाइल में संलग्न) | आज भी अचानक से इनके मुह से खून आ जाता है | जब ये अपना इलाज करा रहे थे तब के ठेकेदार ने इनकी कोई आर्थिक मदद नहीं की | इन्होने कर्ज लेकर अपना इलाज कराया |

      महोदय इनके साथ उपरोक्त ठेकेदार के यहाँ 15 और कर्मी सीवर में उतर कर सीवर सफाई का काम करते है, इन्हें कोई सुरक्षा किट भी नहीं उपलब्ध कराया जाता है | उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और वाराणसी प्रशासन के अनुसार वाराणसी में एक भी सीवर सफाई कर्मचारी नहीं है जैसा किhttp://mssurvey.nic.in/home.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f (हाथ से मैला ढोने और सीवर सफाई का काम करने वालों के चिन्हिकरण के लिए बने) वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध आकंडे बताते हैं |

      अत: श्रीमान जी से सादर अनुरोध है कि तत्काल इनकी मदद करते हुए इनके पुनर्वास के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार व वाराणसी प्रशासन को उचित आदेश/निर्देश देने की कृपा करें | इस शिकायत के बाद यह भी हो सकता है कि इन्हें काम से हटा दिया जाये और इन्हें प्रताड़ित किया जाये |

Gitanjali Pradhan aged about 16 years old; daughter of Dandabisi Pradhan and Mamata Pradhan of Sihulipanga village of Raikia Block under Raikia police station of Kandhamal district was kidnapped & gang raped by the Sanjay Nayak(SC), Subala (Minor), Chikun, Lokanath Gaud (OBC) & Bishnu conductor & Helper of Anil Bus.

The victim Gitanjali Pradhan have 5 siblings, due to poor economic family condition was not able to clear class 10 exam paper and got failed after that she started doing tuition to the class 2 & 3 children nearby her village, from which she earns some money and support her family. On 29 October 2015 she had gone to Raikia Market for purchasing of notebooks at around evening time Sanjay Nayak, conductor of Anil Bus, told her to go G.Udayagiri with him. She refused him but he said I will marry you, if you will not come with me then I will kill you. So she agreed and both were gone to G.Udayagiri, on the way he took her to a restaurant for food. Then he taken her to the Sriram Pada hill of G. Udayagiri block and raped her, then he called 4 of his friends and they all raped her one by one. The incident took place at around 11 Pm -1 Am. Gitanjali got senseless and the next day in the early morning Sanjay Nayak took her and left her nearby G.Udayagiri Bus stand.

Mamata Pradhan, mother of Gitanjali Pradhan lodged a missing complaint and the Raikia police started searching her at every places of Raikia but did not found her. On 30 October 2015 Police rescued her at G.Udayairi bus stop at around and sent her to Medical for the treatment and medical test. When she got

Presently the victim and her parents waiting for the justice and financial support to go for vocational training to stand on her leg. Now 4 accused are in the Phulabani jail and another minor accused is under juvenile remand home. 

Adhada Achanna and adhada Gouribabu went to the teashop for taking tea on 20-042015,But the Teashop owner instructed to take a separate glass which is kept for sc only.then the victims comlaint againist 4 tea shop oweners who are mainting separate glasses to the dalits,and denied to give tea in generalway.the villege elders have not took action againist the tea stall owners,more over the teastalloweners thretned the victims if they tell outsiders. then written complaint lodge in Bondapalli police station.
