The perpetrator forcefully occupied land belong to Bijay Mallick, As the victim opposed them, they attacked him by diggers and sped uttering vulgar language. Being a physical handicapped person without having his left palm, the victim left the place with fear and went to police station to file the complain but the police did not accept the complain. Bijay Mallick Purchased a pice of land 0.28 decimal from Suvendu Das @ Rs.200000/-. Initially bijay paid Rs.150000/- and rest was to be paid during registration. Manytimes Vijay attempted to register the land but Suvendu did not turn to the sub register office. In turn, Suvendu sold same land to another person. Vijay filed a civil petition at Puri but the court  rejected it Hence, Vijay filed another writ petition at honorable high court of Odisha. On 27.03.2014, there was a bomb blast at the disputed land but forutunately, the victim was absent in the field. The victim filed a complain which is registered and two accused persons were arrested.

According to the statements of Bhuja Mallick and his wife Sabitri Mallick, In December 2013, four families were brought to the brick kiln at Sainso village by Manoj Bhatt, a dalal from Paikmal area. According to the unwritten agreement, the laborers were supposed to work in the brick kiln only for two months but they have been forcefully made captives since last five months. The Dalal has taken Rs.11, 000/- from brick kiln owner but he did pay them any advance. It was agreed that they would be paid Rs. 700 for 1000 bricks but the laborers actually have  received only Rs.400 per 1000 bricks.  On Holi Day,   Bhuja Mallick was severely beaten up by brother of Koramat Ali and drunken Santosh, who too from Paikmal area and work with Karamat Ali as a servant.  Bhuja was severely injured on his ear and unable to hear properly.  In every week, they have been paid some cash and kind (rice), which was not sufficient for their livelihood. They have to walk 3-4 kms distance to collect firewood.  The rice they receive was of very low quality but at high price

Periyamaran (65) S/o Karuppan belongs to Dalit community, resides at Sitlurankadu, Sempulipalayam post, Anthaani via, Anthiyur Taluk of Erode District. His brother Selvan was brutally attacked by kungimani gounder belongs to caste Hindu Community because of he was raring goats in forest land. Since periyamaran was asked him why you beaten him. Hence he was tied and brutally attacked at marriage hall by caste hindus Kungimani Gounder, Kumar and Senthil Gounder at Anthaani in Erode district on 11.10.2014.

Arunkumar(17) S/o Vishwanathan, reside at Periya st, Kavarapattu, Chidamparam Taluk of Cuddalroe District. He belongs to Dalit community, he is studying 12^th std in Nandhanar Govt.Her.Sec school at Chidamparam. While coming to school by bus from home to school. He was brutally attacked and caste abused by caste hindu student and mob. Next day his brother asked why attacked by brother, he also attacked and caste abused by caste hindu Student Balaji and other mob on 20.11.2014 at Cuddalore district. 

Sellammal (52) W/o Gurusamy, resident of Sathiya Nagar, Manakattur Road, Kalingarayan palayam, Elavamalai post, Erode District, belongs to Dalit community sub class of Arunthathiyar. He is the Taluk Secretary of Athitamilar forum of Women wing. She is living in above address. She have drinking water problem. Since she was ask Panchyat member to solve that issue. But he said that take new water connection by yourself. Since she called Elangovan, who is working as a plumber belongs to Arunthathiyar community.

He prepared to put new water connection while doing that work, neighbors Mr.murugan, and Murugan wife, Velliyangiri, Rajkumar, Amudha and other belongs to Caste hindu community. They were denied put new connection and they were caste abused and brutally attaked Sellammal as well as pumber Elangovan. Followed Sudha and manju informed to Chittodu police station. Police came to the spat and he called both the parties to police station. Due to the body pain Elangovan went to government hospital for treatment. Doctors put injection and given medicine to him. After that he given complaint. Followed that fir was register against caste hindus under SC/ST PoA act. Three accused were arrested by police.
