Dalit thrashed for touching Hindu Statue, Dies

 “On September 30, 2022,  Jagroop (50) was going to see off her sister-in-law
 Saraswati at around 6 pm. A Durga pandal was set up at Shiromani Mishra's house in the village 
itself.

He went to Durga's pandal to have darshan. Kuldeep and Sandeep were also present in the pandal.
 he had touched the feet of the idol of Durga ji. On this, Kuldeep and Sandeep hurled 
casteist abuses at him.

During this, other people including Kuldeep and Sandeep together beat them with sticks. 
He was badly injured.” Radha's son said, “My father was badly injured. They were thrashed by
 giving them casteist words.

He was admitted to a nearby hospital. his health was continuously deteriorating. 
 and after got him treated at Ramnagar in Sultanpur on October
 1. “He died during treatment on October 2 at 9 am. Victim complained to the police regarding 
the matter. The police have registered my FIR."

Attack to Dalit Boy and His Mother

On the Date of 21 september 2022 The Victim were at own home ,suddenly accused 

started throwing bricks in front of the door of Victim . Victim Champa devi opposed 
then after accused abussed and starting to beating ,al accused beaten up .the Son of Champa 
ran to save her Mother , Accused beaten up him also. 
The Mother Champa and Her Son Dilip both serious injured and after accused ran away. 
Victim Called to the Police by 112 number ,after police reached and called to them Police starion 
Bahariya bad . Police took them to Primary health Center for Medical .

दिनांक 30 अक्टूबर दिन रविवार की रात को जसवाड़ी स्थित हाइवे के किनारे राजपूत ढाबा के पीछे खेत में काम करने वाले मजदूर परिवार के रिस्तेदार की 4 वर्षिय बालिका के साथ ढाबे में काम करने वाले 25 वर्षीय युवक राजकुमार ने रात में घर से अगवा कर खेत मे ले जा कर बलात्कार किया और जान से मार डालने की नियत से हमला किया। उस बालिका को मृत समझ कर डेढ़ किलोमीटर दूर झाड़ियों में फेंक दिया। सुबह चार  बजे बालिका के बिस्तर पर ना मिलने पर परिजनों ने खोजना शुरु किया। ठंड की रात में घर के सामने बने कुंए में किसी अनहोनी की आंशंका के चलते वे ढूंडते रहे। सुबह पुलिस चौकी रामनगर में बालिका के गुमशुदगी की शिकायत की और ढाबे पर काम करने वाले राजकुमार पर शक जाहिर किया क्योंकि शाम को राजकुमार उनके घर आया था और रात में आंगन में सोने के लिये खा़ट मांगी थी, जो कि वहां नहीं था। 

पुलिस विभाग ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए कुएं से पानी खाली कराया लेकिन बालिका नहीं मिली। खोजी कुत्तों के द्वारा बार बार खेत में जाने पर शक गहराया। तब तक ढाबा संचालक ने राजकुमार को पकड़ कर पुलिस के हवाले किया जहां  उसने नशे की हालत में रात में बालिका से बलात्कार कर जान से मार कर फेंक देने की बात कबूल की लेकिन बालिका को कहां फेका यह नहीं बता पाया। काफी कोज बीन करने पर रात से गायब बालिका दोपहर के 3-4 बजे झाड़ियों में मिली उसकी सांसे चल रही थी। 

उसे तुरंत जिला चिकित्सालय खंडवा में भर्ती कराया गया जहां से उसे बाम्बे हास्पिटल इंदौर रैफर कर दिया गया। उधर आरोपी राजकुमार भी आदिवासी राठ्या समाज का है, उसने अपने एक रिस्तेदार को भी घटना में शामिल होने का आरोपी बताया, लेकिन पुलिस की तहकीकात में राजकुमार द्वारा अपने परिचित झगड़ा होने की वजह से फंसाने की बात सामने आई। 

वर्तमान में बालिका की हास्पिटल से छुट्टी हो गई है और आरोपी राजकुमार को जेल भेज दिया गया है। 

Dhatchayani aged 34 who live with her three children in Mathur Village, Senji Taluk, Villupuram District. Her husband Suresh passed away 27 days ago due to bad health condition. 

Complainant Durga, Dhatchayani's Sister explained the incident that, On 05.11.2022 at 7.30pm Dhatchayani phoned her and cried that a person called Sakthi S/O Poongavanam who belonging to vanniyar community over phone, calling her and giving sexual torture. Sakthi is a person who work along with her husband suresh in Kaalpattil as a Mason. Her husband suresh used to call her in sakthi phone while working over there. So, that is how he knows her. Dhatchayani said, Sakthi is compelling her to live with him since her husband died, he said to her that "As a women you cannot live alone, with three children you will need definetly a person to accompany you for living". For that, Dhatchayani replied to him that, "Alamelu husband do you think am a woman who seek men after their husband dies, warning you, just disconnect your call and go away" but he again replied her that "you cannot live alone and i need you" then dhatchayani disconnected the call angrily by saying i will drink poison and died because of your torture. Dhatchayani said these things to durga and cried. Then durga consoled her that in another 2 days we will come there for doing rituals to remember your husband that time we will meet panchayat leader reg this issue to condemn him and after saying this she ended the phone call. 

On 06.11.2022 at 8.30am, Dhatchayani and her father went to sakthi house and spoke about this incident to his wife alamelu and her father Radhakrishnan and told him not to disturb again. For this Sakthi's father in law told them that even I can get release my son in law from jail by selling all my goats. After hearing this, Dhatchayani was very upset and at same night she drank a poison and attempted suicide. Their relative Sankar who informed this to dhatchayani's sister durga and attempted her in hospital. But despite treatment she died. Durga dhatchayani's sister gave a complaint to Anandhapuram Police Station on 07.11.2022 at 4.30pm and Police filed the case under SC/ST Act. Durga while checking dhatchayani's phone found that, Sakthi called her 42 times and given her sexual torture. After this torture only dhatchayani committed suicide.
