Uchhupada Nateimala is a tribal habitation in Uchhupada Gram Panchyaat under Tangi P.S. area. 12/13 tribal families have been inhabit there for over 30 years. All of them are landless without IAY/PMAY houses. 75% Children in the Sahi are dropout from School education in order to support their families by daily labour; few of them have been working as drivers. Nanda Chattar and Kuni Chattar are one of the tribal families in the Cluster; Nanda is a Truck Driver and Kuni is a Daily labourer.

     On 07.12.2021 at about 3.30 P.M when both Nanda & Kuni were not present at their house, their 10 year old daughter Srimati was playing outside. At that time one Basant Swain of Uchhupada had gone to that Sahi and asked Srimati about her father & mother. The Girl replied that both of them were absent. Then Basant Swain asked her to get him a glass of water. Srimati went inside her house to fetch water. The accused followed her to inside the house and forcibly put her down and raped her. She cried; hearing her crying sound the neighbour went inside to ask what happen. Finding the neighbour, she cried loudly. The accused escaped as he ran away. The neighbour informed her father over Phone.

After some time, Nanda and Kuni (parents of the victim) came back home and found their daughter in blood. Srimati narrated the incident to her mother. She was taken to Tangi Health Centre and from there to SCB medical College, Cuttack. There she was treated with OPD ticket no .102270015108 and sent back home at early hours of 8^th December. Complaint was filed during the 8^th and registered as Tangi p.s Case no 239 u/s 376 AB IPC, 6 POSCO Act and 3(1)(w-i) (2) (v) (va) SC ST PoA Act.

पूरी दुनिया में 9 अगस्त विश्व मूलनिवासी दिवस मना रहा था उसी रात मप्र के विदिशा जिले की लटेरी तहसील के खट्टेपुरा गांव के जंगल में वन विभाग ने जंगल से लकड़ी ला रहे आदिवासियों पर गोलियां चला दी। जिसमें एक आदिवासी युवक चैन सिंह पिता सिरदार सिंह भील की मौके पर मौत हो गई वहीं 6 आदिवासी गोली लगने से घायल हुए। 

पीड़ितों के मुताबिक, घर में जरुरत के लिये गांव के कुछ साथी मोटरसायकल से नौ अगस्त 2022 को जंगल में लकड़ी लाने गये थे, लौटते समय बारिश की वजह से रात हो गई थी।  रात लगभग 10 बजे खट्टेपुरा गांव में जंगल से बाहर निकलते समय सामने से वन विभाग की दो जिप्सियां में सवार 15-16 हथियार बंद गार्ड ने घेर लिया और बिना कोई बात किये फायरिंग कर दी। पहली बाईक पर महेंद्र पिता सिरदार सिंह बैठा था और उसका बड़ा भाई चैनसिंह भील बाइक चला रहा था। लगभग 10 मीटर दूर सामने से गोली मारी तो चैन सिंह वहीं गिर गया, महेंद्र को भी पीठ पर गोली लगी तो वह वहीं गिर कर बेहोश हो गया। वन विभाग ने कई राउंड फायर किये जिसमें 7-8 आदिवासी घायल हुए और बाकी के भाग गये। इसके बाद वन विभाग की टीम मृतक और घायलों को वहीं छोड़ कर चली गई। गांव वालों की मदद से  घायलों को लटेरी के सरकारी अस्पताल लाया गया। जहां से गंभीर घायलों को विदिशा जिला चिकित्सालय रेफर किया गया, और इलाज के लिये भोपाल के हमीदिया  अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। 

घटना के सुर्खियों में आने पर दूसरे दिन सरकार द्वारा मृतक चैन सिंह के परिवार को 25 लाख रु. का चैक और चार घायलों को 5-5 लाख रुपये के चेक दिये गये।

वर्तमान में महेंद्र जो गंभीर रुप से घायल हो गया था उसकी रीढ़ से छर्रा निकाल  दिया गया है लेकिन शरीर के बाकी हिस्सों में अभी भी छर्रे धंसे हेैं। बिना सहारे के वह उठ बैठ और चल नहीं सकता है,  वहीं घायल भगवान सिंह भील के पैरों में छर्रे लगने की वजह से उसका भी चलना फिरना बंद है। सरकारी अस्पताल से उन्हे कोई सुविधा नहीं मिल रही है। प्रायवेट से दवाइयां खरीदनी पड़ रही है। 

घटना का विशेष पहलु यह भी है केि एक आदिवासी की मौत और छह आदिवासियों के घायल होने पर मामले को दबाने के लिये एक अनु.जाति के वनकर्मी को आरोपी बना कर  केस एफआईआर में अनु.जाति जनजाति अत्याचार निवारण अधिनियम की धारा नहीं लगाई गई, वहीं वन विभाग द्वारा विदिशा जिले में काउंटर केस दर्ज कराया गया है।

चम्पा तालाब निवासी रेखा मोरे पति मोहन मोरे अपनी बेटी और बेटे के साथ रहती है। सामने के घर में अनिल मिश्रा का आना जाना है, अक्सर वह उसी घर में रहता है। अनिल मिश्रा की बुरी नियत 16 वर्षीय रेखा की बेटी नंदिनी पर काफी समय से थी। वह अक्सर रास्ते में आते जाते उसे छेड़ना, कमेंट्स करता रहता था। दिनांक 8 सितंबर 2022 को शाम 8.30 बजे के लगभग नंदिनी अपनी मां और उनकी सहेली के साथ गणेश जी की झांकीयां देखने के लिये घर सेे निकलने लगे । नंदिनी की मम्मी स्कूटी निकालने लगी तभी नंदिनी को देखकर अऩिल मिश्रा ने अपनी पेंट की जिप खोल - बंद करने लगा और प्राइवेट पार्ट पर हाथ लगा कर गंदे गंदे इशारे करने लगा. जिसके बारे में नंदिनी ने चेतना को बताई। अनिल मिश्रा की गंदी हरकतें मम्मी नहीं देख पाई थी। मम्मी को बाद में बताया, लेकिन बदनामी की वजह से किसी को नहीं बताई और ना शिकायत की। 

फिर एक दिन नंदिनी मोरे स्कूल से घर लौट रही थी तो गली में  अनिल मिश्रा  जानबूझकर कर टकराया, जिसके बाद वह डर के मारे घर से नहीं निकली, मां रेखा मोरे को घर लौटने पर सब बात बताई। जिस पर रेखा मोरे ने अनिल मिश्रा को अपनी बेटी से छेड़ छाड़ करने से मना किया तो वह धमकी देने लगा, जिसके बाद नंदिनी और उसकी मां ने अजाक थाना पहुंच कर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई।

Accused person namely Abhimanyu Das who was victim’s friend. After friendship Abhimanyu send to message and call her, after few days he proposed her for love intimacy. After few days accused came to Cuttack for meet with victim. Then he requested to move with him to Jajpur and subsequently he take her to a Hotel room in Jarka area. In hotel room he forcibly makes sexual relationship with her. At the time of sexually intimacy he catches some naked photograph and videos. Then he has-been blackmailing her that if she shall not continue make sexual relationship with him he shall be send the naked photos and videos to her parents and friends. So that in feared she contacted with him over phone for denied her condition. Then accused send some naked photographs of the victim girl to her father and also brother. Then she disclosed the matter to her mother.

Accused Abhimanyu Das is my friend. After friendship he proposed me for love. When I meet him then he requested to move with him to Jajpur. He take me a hotel room in Jarka Area. In hotel room he forcefully make sexual relationship with me and take some naked photos & vedios. After incident he blackmailing me & send all photos & videos to myparents & also my brother. Then I disclosed the matter with my parents.
