victim Sumit take 2000rs from accused Sumit on fianance. accused came at victim home to take rupees.

on date 12.9.22 came victims house and threat for life. accused reached at victim house with dangrous weapons along with 5-10 accused. they entered in victims houes and attact on victims with chopper in this attaack both victim was serously injured.

Deceasd Anjli did love marraige with accused Ankit sharma. accused faimly tortued to victim on caste basis and dowry. they braten her also. she told her mother that her husband have illleagal relation with his neibhour Richa sharma. on date 24.7.22 victim faimly knew that Anjli was died. when victims went there that they knew that Anjli was murdered by accused faimly.

Viji as Vijay(25), S/O Arumugam who belongs to Adidravidar community (SC) lives in ulundurpet, Kallakurichi, Villupuram District. He works in Ulundurpet Municipality as a Temporary Sanitary Worker for around one year and his mother Sinthamani (55) also who works as Permanent Sanitary Worker in Uludurpet Municipality.  3 months ago, Saravanan who belongs to Mudaliar Community and works in same uludurpet municipality as a Sanitary Worker threatened Viji as Vijay that, he is going to get Supervisor Role soon so, “You need to take out the tattoo portrait of Dr. Thol Thirumavalavan which is on your chest, otherwise I will dismiss you “.

On 15.09.2022, at 10.30am, while viji as Vijay working in Municipality Saravanan came and said to viji not to come to job here after. When viji asked back and questioned why I should not come”, Saravanan replied that, “You should not come to job by tattoing the portrait of Paraiyan” and verbally abused Viji with reference to his caste names.

Therefore, under SC/ST Saravanan who verbally abused and discriminated Caste base must be booked in proper sections of SC/ST act and should be arrested. Also, since viji’s mother who working in same municipality as a permanent sanitary worker should not get any disturbance regarding this and must ensure her protection.

पीड़ित को आरोपी के द्वारा लंबे समय से झूठी शादी कर धोके में रख कर उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाता रहा और जब भी पीड़ित द्वारा परिवार की सहमति से शादी करने को कहा गया आरोपी द्वारा कहा गया कि समय आने पर कर लेंगे, पीड़ित के जानकारी के बिना आरोपी द्वारा अपने परिवार की सहमति से अन्य से शादी कर ली गई जब पीड़ित को जानकारी मिली कि उसकी आरोपी कही और शादी कर लिया तो उसके विरोध करने पर उसे जातिगत गाली दी गई कि तुम लोग इसी के लिए हो, पीड़ित द्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक, महिला थाना, अजाक थाना आदि जगह पर शिकायत आवेदन दिया गया पर कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई थी, राजनीति दबाव के कारण कहीं शिकायत दर्ज नही किया जा रहा था।

पीड़िता संयोगिता उम्र 14 वर्ष, भोपाल में हास्टल में रह कर कक्षा 9 में अध्ययन करती है, जो कि शीतकालीन छुटटी और कोरोना की वजह से अपने घर सीताकामथ, ब्लाक घोड़ाडोंगरी, जिला बैतूल आई हुई थी। 18 जनवरी 2021 की शाम ठंड का मौसम था वह ्अपने खेत में लगी गेंहू की फसल को दिये जा रहे पानी की मोटर बंद करने गई थी। तभी पास के लगे हुए खेत का मालिक सुशील वर्मा उम्र 46 वर्ष जो कि परिचनत था उसे अपने पास बुलाया और बलात्कार किया, बालिका के विरोद करने पर मारपीट की। उसके बेहोश हो जाने पर  नाले के पास पड़े बड़े बड़े पत्थरों के नीचे दबा दिया। काफी देर तक संयोगिता के घर लौट कर ना आने पर उसकी बहन वसुंधरा, दादा लोग ढूंढने खेत गये जहां पर गेेंहू की फसल में संयोगिता के कपड़े मिले. पुकारे जाने पर  संयोगिता के कराहने की आवाज पत्थरों के नीचे से आई.  उसे निकाल कर वे सभी घोड़ाडोंगरी के स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले गये, जहां रास्ते में होश आने पर संयोगिता ने अपने साथ हुए घटनाक्रम के आरोपी सुशील वर्मा का नाम बताया। घोड़ाडोंगरी से थाना सारनी फोन कर पुलिस को अवगत कराया। आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया।

पीड़िता संयोगिता की गंभीर अंदरुनी चोटों की वजह से एम्स भोपाल में भर्ती किया गया। आरोपी को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दिलाने के लिये सड़कों पर जनआंदोलन हुए। मानव अधिकार संगठनों ने संज्ञान लिया। आरोपी राजनितिक पार्टी से जुड़ा होने की वजह से पीड़ितों को डराया धमकाया भी गया। 

वर्तमान में न्याायलय का फैसला आ चुका है जिसमें आरोपी को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई गई है, वहीं सजा के खिलाफ आरोपी ने उपरी अदालत में अर्जी दाखील की है।
