She went there and calls him to her house for that he refses her for that she fight on him so in February Shivakmar Chandrashekar Hireyal comes his frind Mahesh Saliyar from Bangalore to her home, threr he says my father and mother is not agreeing Dhaneswari because of the caste for that Dhaneshwari questions him that when you are having physically and sexually relationship where your cast for that he told her i will somehow make my parents agree and i will maryy you. 

Then after for many days his phone were switched off, so Dhaneshwari on 02-03-2022goes to women help line centre and gives complaint and after from there thye give complaint at women police station. on 15-03-2022Dhaneshwari says to her family and goes to Bangalore in search of Shivakumar was working on same day on 15-03-2022 night arond 11;30 Shivakumar had pouresd petrol on her and tried to kill her and in fear he had been admitted her to Mathru hospital which was nearest and he had been escaped from there. from the hospital a phone call comes to her father and says him your dahghter had been admitted in or hospital we will give treatment if you pay 40,000/- rupees, on 16-03-2022her family comes to the hospital and sees her she had burnt wound. on 17-03-2022 Dhaneshwari says that Shivakumar Chandrashekar Hireyal had been tried to kill me.

this incident case has been iled at Bangalore city Electronic city police station on 17-03-2022 and the crime no; 43/2022Sc/St(POA) Amendment act 2015  u/s 3(1)(r), 3(2)(V), 3(1)(s) and IPC 1860 u/s 307 has been iled in FIR.

Basnti Mallik is a young married lady belonging to SC community. The accused Ajay Ranasingh of Maradhapalli under Kanas Police Station assaulted her near the bathing ghat of the village pond. On 30.3.2016 at about 5 AM when she had gone to the pond, the accused disrobed her, tightly embraced her and tried to rape her. She fell down on a thorny spot; the accused dragged his over the throne, bit her cheeks; she shouted at the peak of her voice. Ajay threatened to murder all member of her family if she disclosed the incident before anyone. Taking the advantage of loose grip, she ran to other 2 women near the pond. Seeing other persons, the accused went away. The victim was given clothes by the 2 women and she went back home. She complaint before the village committee; but after discussing among themselves they said that they won’t interfere in the matter. Hence she went to Kanas Police Station and lodged complaint on 31.3.2016. The complaint was registered as F.I.R No-44 dated 2.4.2016, under section 341, 323, 324, 354B, 354D, 506 of IPC & 3 of SC & ST PoA Act. The investigation of the case was completed and Charge Sheet No 87 was filed by police on 20.5.2016 under section 341, 323, 354(A), 354(B), 506 IPC & 3(i)(xi) of SC &ST PoA Act.

                     Surprisingly, no relief amount was paid to the victim for nearly a year. Hence the victims spouse contacted Sri Kissan Patnaik. Letters to different offices were sent, but the effects were not visible. Finally a paltry sum of Rs.22500/- was paid to the victim after one and half years which was not as per the Norms of Relief; hence a Fact Finding was conducted.

Gurucharan Mallick is a resident of village Tikhiri under Marsaghai PS of Kendrapara district. There is a village temple in Tikhiri which runs on the contribution by the villagers; for that Rs.150/- per annum is contributed by every family. During Covid-19 situation many families could not pay their contribution. Recently, the village committee decided to collect the backlog and current year contributions. On 16.4.2022 a group of villagers went to the house of Gurucharan Mallick at about 10 PM and entered into his house. At that time Gurucharan was absent and his wife Rekha Mallick was alone at home. Three of the group trespassed into the house and focused torch lights as they looked for Gurucharan, Rekha protested and was abused. Shortly after that Gurucharan reached home and asked the intruders why they have entered his house at such late hour. This led to hot exchanges between them.

On the next morning, Gurucharan and his father were summoned to the village meeting headed by the Sarapanch Gurucharan was charged for abusing the group who had gone to collect the contribution for the temple. He was abused in the meeting by caste name, threatened to impose social boycott, even the Sarapanch himself knew the truth and practicality. When he begged apology, he was not spared; he was forced to rub his nose on the human spitting.

A complaint in this regard was filed by his wife and registered as Marsaghai PS no-116 dated 18.4. 2022 U/S 448, 294, 341, 323, 354, 354-B. 384, 506 IPC with 3(1) (r)(s), (2)(va) of SC ST PoA Act. Surprisingly none of the accused have been arrested so far.

 Pravakar Gochhayat and Sadhana Bhoi lived with their daughter Srimati Bhoi, aged about 13 years and three other daughters and only son at village Banahara under Salepur Police Station in Cuttack district. Both husband and wife are daily labourers and earn their livelihood by daily wages. The family has been living in the house of Sri Binabar Das for 15 nearly years. Srimati Bhoi studies in class 8^th at Kulia High School. On 16.1.2021 Pravakar Gochhayat  and Sadhana Bhoi went for daily labour work. In the absence of her parents Srimati was alone at home. At about 2 pm one Manoj Kandi came to her house, took her inside a room, bind her mouth and legs with a cloth (Gamuchha) and raped her. After that another person Neula Behera raped her. They threatened her not to disclose the matter before anyone otherwise they will murder her and her brother. In the next day again both of them raped her in absence of her parents. On the first day she did not disclose the incident to her parents, but on the second day she felt very weak and pain and she narrated the matter to her parents.

 This was reported to police on 19.1.2021 through a written complaint and Salepur Police Station case No. 14 was registered under Section 376-D, 450, 506, IPC with 6 POCSO Act. The medical examination of the girls was delayed by the police.

Sarat Sethi, a small farmer lives with his family in Bharatipur village in Pipili Block of Puri district. He also runs small poultry farm. He & his wife Kanak Sethi earn their livelihood by his. On 09/11/2021, the couple had gone out to temple. Their daughter, a 16 year old minor girl, namely Dipanjali Sethi was alone at home. At about 1 PM, one Priyajit Swain, who works as Supervisor of Pashupati Company, Pipili came to their house. Priyajit used to come to their place at different times for poultry farm related transactions & was friendly to the family. Dipanjali was not hesitent to talk to him. In the process of talking, he entered the house & raped the girl. Sarat & Kanan found the daughter in shocked condition when they came back. She was taken to hospital & treated. After she recovered, her mother lodged complaint & Pipili PS Case no- 515 dated 18/11/2021 was registered under Sections 376(1),506 IPC with Section 4 of POSCO Act. Sarat Sethi informed the incident to ALVM & sought for help, hence fact finding was conducted on 29/12/2021.
