The victim namely Sanghamitra Nayak was Kidnapped o 6.04.2021 at about 2 p.m by one cluprit namely Abhisek Jena , S/o - Narayan Prasad Jena Of Village- Nimpur Barrage Colony, Ps- Jagatpur, Dist- Cuttack along with four anti - social in a four wheeler. At the time of occurrence they smell the anaestesia by which she become unconscious. The miscreants took her to distance place to Jajpur and physical & sexually Harassed her. About such incident the widow mother of the victim Sanghamitra first reported this before Jagatpur police but Jagatpur Police did not register the FIR for which the widow mother remained with much pain and strain. The accused person raped her with force & fear one after one. in a occasion on 26.04.2021 the accused brought her & left her in her mother's house . Being Gang-Raped by the culprits she was harassed & when she returned to her house she narrated the entire events. The victim & her widow mother took shelter of our organization and our fact finding team visited the post & the local police station. As Local police did not registered the criminal case so she was accompanied with our activists proceeded to Mahila Ps. Cuttack did not registered case as because incident was belated. after filing case No- Cr/MP-855/21 petition before Hon'able High Court Of Odisha and by order Dated 22.06.2021 Hon'able High Court directed Mahila Police Station uttack to Register case & took up investigation . After it Mahila Ps Case No- 0065 Dt- 02.07.2021 u/s - 363,376 (D) , 294,354,506/34 IPC and u/s- 03 of SC/ST (POA) was Registered & investigation was conducted and the case is pending at adjudication stage. 

: विमल सुरेश साठे उमर 45 वर्ष अपनी पती सुरेश लडका किरण मिथुन बहु माधवी और अर्चना और अपने नवासो के साथ मे सोलापुर जिले के मालेगाव बोरगाव गाव मे अपने परिवार के साथ रहती है!उनके साथ मे उनके देवर धनाजी आनंता साठे जिन की शादी नही हुई थी वो भी उनके साथ मे रहते है! 20 ऑगस्ट 2001 को बीच रात मे दो बजे धनाजी साठे इन का देहांत हो गया! अंतिम संस्कार के लिए लगने वाली लकडी खरीदने के लिये विमल का बेटा मिथुन-राजू माळी इनके यहा गया, तो राजू माळी ने लकडी देने से इंकार कर दिया! तब मिथुन ने पास के गाव खंडाळी से लकडी खरीद कर लाई! और सुबह 10:30 मिनिट को अंतिम संस्कार कराने गांव के सार्वजनिक समशान में ले जाने लगे. जिस टेम्पो से लकडी खरीदकर लाये थे उसी टेम्पो में धनाजी का शव राखा हुआ था! समशान को जाने वाले रास्ते में गाव के उच्च जाती के 1) रवींद्र शहाजीराव पाटील.2) गजेंद्र भीमराव पांढरे,3) संभाजी नाथाजी कुदळे,4) जयराम मच्छिन्द्र कुदळे,5) राहुल शिवाजी कुदळे 6)चंद्रकांत मारुती पांढरे,7) भगवान बाबुराव कुदळे 8) विनायक शिवाजी कुदळे 9) प्रवीण मधुकर कुदळे 10) subhash सदाशिव पांढरे 11) संदीप भगवान कुदळे 12) अमोल दत्तात्रय कुदळे, 13 रामचंद्र मच्छिन्द्र पांढरे इन सभी लोंगो ने बीच रास्ते में रुककर अंतयात्रा रोकी और पाच महिने पहले विमल के दुसरे देवर दशरथ और देवराणी राणी इन्हाने गाव के विनायक शिवाजी कुदळे, राहुल शिवाजी कुदळे, नवनाथ विष्णू पांढरे, विजया शिवाजी कुदळे इनके खिलाफ़ अकलूज पोलीस स्टेशन का शिकायत दर्ज करायी थी तो ओ शिकायत पीछे लेने के लिये दबाव बनाने लगे! इन लोंगो का कहना था की आप पहले की शिकायत तुरंत वापस ले लिजिए वरणा हम हमारे खेतोसें समशान में जानेके लिये रास्ता नाही देंगे और वैसे भी तुम जैसे नीची जाती के (मांग ) लोंगोनको हम हमारे खेतो से नाही जाने देंगे! विमल के परिवार के सभी लोंग और रिश्तेदार उन उन्मत लोंगोसे हातपैर जोडकर बिनती करते रहे पण उन लोंगोने कुछ ना सुनी!
उसके बाद विमल ने जाके अकलूज पोलीस ठाणे में शिकायत दर्ज करायी लेकिन पोलीस वहा आने के बाद भी पोलीस भी उनके साथ सामील हों गई और उनकी मदत करणे लगी तब जाकार रात के 10 :00बजे के बाद में विमल के परिवार वालोंने निर्णय कर के गावं के पंचायत कार्यालय के सामने मृत व्यक्ती धनाजी पे अंतिम संस्कार किये.

1)On 27/8/2020 fact 6:30 pm the origanal Camplenant Mrs.Sushma Sunil More ,Lata Chakranarayan ,Vidya Lohara & Jayashree More all R/A  Sidhharth Nagar Pachagani Tal. Mahabaleswar Dist Satara were stnding bifore there housess ,one Mr Prakash Kharat (bodhhachary ) &MR. Prakash Bhalerao ( bodhhachary ) came & starts talking about the principals of Budhhi sm. 

2) The accuse of said affence 1 )Gajendra @ Ganesh Rajendra Kadam 2) Bharat Rajendra Kadam 3) Yuvraj Rajendra Kadam who were standing next to them came towards Bodhhacharyas  the accuse werw starting qurreling with them . they used abusive language & also starting using force against them. the said women try to interrupt  them but the accuse porsons continuous to assault & threat the bodhhacharyas . then the accused person also threat the women and use of filthy abusive language and also make outraged womams modesty and break the blouse of original complanent. 

3) All accused belonging  the Maratha caste whereas complanent and bodhhacaryas are belongs SC categry accuse and complenant knows each other since long tern 

Hence the origanol complanant going to file FIR against abovenamed accuse person but police of pachagani police station refuse to file complent
