On the Date of 30/8/2021, there was illegal Construction was taking place by Accused on the Victim's  land  by Sanjiv singh s/o Ram lakhan, Pramod singh s/o Murahu singh and Rajesh kumar singh. Victim and their Allies apposed and inform to the Local Police and Senior Officer of Police department. After The police did not arrived and didnot stop them .

After Victim and their allies starting to Protest then after the Harahua Police Chauki incharge reached protest place and arrested to  Victim and their allies -Shiv kumar , Arvind singh , Santosh kumar etc.

       On  The Date of Incident- 7 august 2021 , after simply dispute regarding 

dispute over arrival, Accused Mass attacked on Dalit Familly in the Village of Bartharakala,
Police station - Chandauli , District- Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh . Accused attacked on dalit 
Family beating, Caste Abused, and Destroyed all home usefull things and set the fire to their 
Hut. Victims cried after that Villagers saved them. Victim call to the 112 no. police , but 
police also delayed to arrived . next day Police filed case against accused after pressure. 

On January 28, 2021, a case of humiliation with a Dalit woman social goddess Meghwal's wife Mr. Dulichand Meghwal resident of Alida police station Dungla district Chittorgarh severely assaulted

Summary of the event - On 21st January 2021, Naitik son Vijay Bahadur and Nishant son Vijay Bahadur both brothers have a bass kothi in the land of village society at a distance of about 100 meters near the house, in which moral bamboo will be made to make a flag on 26th January. Cut the twig and brought it home, who were watching from afar, Munna aka Senior Shukla, Pawan, Shukla, and Shubham Shukla etc. people came to Naitik's house and picked up the bamboo twig. After some time, all four came back and started abusing, when Naitik's mother Sangeeta protested, then Jethani came to the rescue, Suman and mother-in-law Nirmala came to the rescue and injured both of them. The swelling came, there was no man at home, because of which he killed fearlessly and left after threatening to kill him.

                     दबंगों ने दलितों की पिटाई की तथा उनके विरुद्ध मनगढ़ंत मुक़दमा भी दर्ज करा डाला 

उक्त घटना सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चम्परारण जिला के कल्यानपुर थाना क्षेत्र के पकड़ी दीक्षित गाँव निवासी अनुसूचित जाति सदस्य भोला चौधरी , उनके पुत्र शत्रुधन चौधरी तथा उनकी पतोहू एवं पत्नी के साथ घटित हुई . कहते है कि शत्रुधन चौधरी दिनांक 01.08.2021 को 2.00 bअजे दिन में अपनी पिकप से पकड़ी दीक्षित चौक से अपने घर जा रहा था . गाड़ी में श्री चौधरी एवं उनका ड्राइवर  था . ड्राइवर रोड के बाएं साईंड गाड़ी कड़ी कर शौच के लिए चला गाया . इसी दरम्यान उनके ग्रामीण विपिन कुंवर जो काफी दबंग व्यक्ति हैं . वे मोटर साइकिल से गाड़ी के पास पहुँच गए  और शत्रुधन चौधरी से अभी तक सामना नहीं पहुँचाने का आरोप लगते हूँ . उन्हें अपनी मोटल सिकल पर बैठा कर पकड़ी दीक्षित स्थित अपने हार्डवेयेर की दूकान पर ले गए और जाति सूचक गलियां देते हुए उन्हें अपनित करने लगे . दोनों तरफ से विवाद बढ़ गया इसको लेकर विपिन कुंवर एवं उनके पुत्र प्रिंस कुंवर एवं शर्मेंद्र कुंवर तीनो मिलकर शत्रुधन चौधरी का हाथ पैर बंधा कर बेरहमी से पिटाई की .  घटना की सूचना पाकर भोला चौदरी , उनकी पतोहूँ व् उनकी पत्नी गई तो उक्त लोगो ने इन  लोगों के साथ भी दूर्व्योहार व मर पीट की .  घटना के बाद मामले को पंचायती से हाय करने का दबाव बनाया गया . पर पंचायती नहीं हो सकी . विडम्बना तो यह है कि दबंगों द्वारा दलितों की पिटाई भी की गयी और पीडितो के मुक़दमा दर्ज करने के पूर्व ही  कल्यानपुर थाना में पीड़ितों के विरुद्ध ही मनगढ़ंत मुक़दमा भी दर्ज करा दिया गया .  वाही दूसरी ओर  पीड़ित द्वारा घटना की तिथि 01. 08.2021  को ही sc / st थाना मोतिहारी में पर्थामिकी हेतु आवेदन दिया गया पर थाना अध्यक्ष द्वारा प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने की बजे मामले के आरोपियों के मेल में आकर मामले को रफ्फा दफ्फा करने की कोशिश की जा रही थी . सामाजिक संगठनो के दबाव पर घटना के 10 दिनों बाद यानि दिनांक 10 . 08 -2021 को sc / st थाना मोतिहारी पूर्वी चंपारण द्वारा कांड सं0 : 33/21 , U / S  341 , 323 , 504 , 34 IPC & 3(1)(r)(s) sc/st act के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी .
